Crafts the communication style of the platform by structuring prompts, shaping dialogue flow, and optimising how answers are presented to create a smooth, user-friendly learning experience. 

Designs the chatbot’s knowledge systems by structuring information, refining language models, and improving natural‑language understanding. Ensures the assistant interprets user questions accurately and retrieves or generates the most relevant responses.

Builds the user‑facing side of the platform, creating clean interfaces and smooth interactions. Implements layout, responsiveness, and visual components so the chatbot feels intuitive, fast, and accessible across all devices.
